Ken Smart:
Ken is an associate with Pioneer Forensics LLC as well as a Traffic Accident Investigator with the Westminster Police Department in the city of Westminster, Colorado. With nearly twenty years of law enforcement experience, Ken has gained a reputation as a solid investigator with impeccable standards for his work product. Ken is a certified level five accident reconstructionist. This is the highest level of certification one can achieve in this field. Ken is a graduate of the 1995 Colorado State Patrol Academy, and has extensive knowledge of hardware and software used in traffic accident investigation SEE CV. Ken has also developed customized equipment to aid in gathering crash data and continues to advance the level of awareness in this field. Ken has provided expert testimony in both Municipal and District Court.
